Paul M. Lenahan, CFP® Executive Vice President 

Paul Lenahan is the Executive Vice President of Anawon Trust.  He is responsible for all aspects of this wealth management division of Bristol County Savings.

Most recently, he was Market Investment Executive & Senior Vice President of U.S. Trust, Bank America Private Wealth Management in Providence , RI . In that capacity, Paul managed portfolio managers who had responsibility for over $4.5 billion of client assets.

Paul has over 30 years of banking experience, starting as a Management Trainee at Fleet National Bank in 1972 and working in various Retail and Commercial roles during his career at Fleet.  Paul joined The Private Bank at Rhode Island Hospital Trust in 1994 as Director of Sales and held various management positions during his tenure there.  At the time of the Bank’s merger with Fleet, Paul joined Fleet Investment Advisors as a Team Leader and Senior Investment Advisor.  In 2004, he was named as Market Investment Executive to work with the Private Bank in Rhode Island .

Paul earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and his Masters in Business Administration from Providence College .  He is a Certified Financial Planner™ practitioner, a member of the Providence Society of Financial Analysts, The RI Estate Planning Council, a past President of the Providence College National Alumni Association, member of the Providence College President’s Council, former Chairman of the Rhode Island Academic Decathlon Foundation, past Chairman and active Director and Treasurer of the Hockomock YMCA, and a director of Phoenix Houses of New England.  He has been active in numerous charitable organizations, including the Fred M. Roddy Foundation, the United Way, March of Dimes, American Cancer Society and American Heart Association.
